A complete marketplace platform connecting content creators with vacation rental hosts for collaboration opportunities. We built everything from the ground up: brand identity, product design, full-stack development, a unique payment and affiliate system, and polished micro-interactions that make the experience feel premium.

THE CHALLENGE

The creator economy needed a dedicated platform for connecting influencers with vacation rental properties. Existing solutions were fragmented: creators DMing hosts directly, agencies taking huge cuts, and no standardized way to manage collaborations. CreatorStays needed to be a trusted marketplace that worked for both sides while standing out in a crowded travel-tech space.

THE SOLUTION

We designed and built the entire platform from scratch. The brand system establishes trust through bold typography and a warm, inviting color palette. The product design prioritizes clarity: hosts can list properties and set collaboration terms, creators can browse and apply with their media kits, and both sides can communicate and manage offers in one place. On the backend, we built a custom payment system with escrow protection and an affiliate program that rewards referrals. Every interaction includes snappy animations and thoughtful micro-feedback that makes the platform feel alive.

THE IMPACT

CreatorStays launched as a fully functional two-sided marketplace with host onboarding, creator discovery, secure payments, and affiliate tracking. The platform handles everything from initial inquiry to final content delivery. The attention to animation and interaction design has become a signature differentiator, with early users noting how 'polished' and 'premium' the experience feels compared to alternatives.
