Marketing website and custom booking platform for a children's outdoor enrichment organization.
Hawks Kids runs camps, after-school programs, field trips, and nature experiences for children and families across multiple locations. Their previous system was a patchwork - a basic website, third-party booking tools, paper waivers, and manual payment tracking.
Registrations required back-and-forth emails. Health forms lived in filing cabinets. Staff spent hours each week on tasks that should have been automatic.
They needed a system that could handle the complexity of their operations - multiple programs, overlapping schedules, sensitive family data, payment plans - while presenting a clear, trustworthy face to parents discovering them for the first time.
WHAT WE BUILT
Public Marketing Site
A clean, welcoming website that communicates what Hawks Kids offers, who it's for, and how to get started. Program pages are structured for clarity: age ranges, schedules, locations, and pricing are easy to scan. The design reflects the brand - warm, active, grounded in nature - without getting in the way of the information parents need.
Custom Booking System
We built a booking engine tailored to how Hawks Kids actually operates. Parents can browse programs by type, location, or date, then register children directly - no email chains, no PDFs to print and sign.

Family Portal
Each family has a secure account where they can manage registrations, update child profiles, complete outstanding forms, view payment history, and make additional bookings. Returning families don't re-enter the same information every season.

Staff have a dedicated dashboard to manage the business: view and filter registrations, track form completion, process payments, communicate with families, and export data. Session rosters update in real time.
WHY IT MATTERS
The system removed friction at every step - for parents registering their kids, for staff managing operations, and for leadership making decisions with accurate data.
Families can complete a registration in minutes, including forms and payment, from any device. Staff no longer chase missing paperwork or manually match payments to registrations. Program capacity is visible in real time, which means fewer overbookings and clearer planning.
More importantly, Hawks Kids now has infrastructure that scales with them. Adding a new program, location, or season doesn't require rebuilding workflows. The platform grows with the organization.
